Initiate Your Request
Log into your Griqos account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Package Your Item
Place the unused item in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
